Committees

Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee is open to all Unit Owner volunteers, but has a membership cap of 10 members. The Landscape Committee Reference Guide is available on Vantaca.

Fines & Suspensions Review Committee

The Fines and Suspensions Review Committee is open to all Unit Owner volunteers, with certain restrictions. The Committee is required to have no less than three members. The Fines and Suspensions Review Committee Reference Guide is available on Vantaca.

Paying Your Assessments

Assessments may be paid by check mailed monthly, bill pay from a bank, e-check or credit card, or by recurring auto debit from a checking account.

Sign in to your online Vantaca account and select Payments from the sidebar menu.

Board Meetings are held at the Clubhouse. Unit Owners are encouraged to attend Board Meetings in person or via Zoom.

Fines & Suspensions Review Committee Hearings

Fines and Suspensions Review Committee hearings are open to all Owners. Owners present are only allowed to observe the proceedings, they are not permitted to participate in the proceedings, unless they are present to offer defenses on behalf of the Owner Subject of the hearing.
